NEW CLIENTS: A 25% non-refundable deposit for styles will be required for all new clients, with one reschedule appointment allowable.

A credit/debit card on file is required for all bookings to be completed. (Please view Late Policy/ Cancellations for more details)

CUSTOMER CONCERNS: We understand that issues may occur and are always happy to rectify any situations. If there are concerns please notify us within 48 hours of completed service

Have your hair washed
Natural hair blown out or fully detangled (hair that is not detangled will be an additional $15 fee)

Please remember to confirm your appointment when a text/ email reminder is sent.

Please no additional guests to be allowed at appointment. (Only 1 guest permitted for clients that are minors)

Please take out the hair BEFORE coming to your appointment (additional $15 fee to take out hair if not done)

Please take out the following amount - 3 front "rows," 2 back "rows" and 1 "row" on each side OR 4 rows in the front and 1 on each side.

There is a $15 fee for each additional row with a MAX of 2 additional rows.

Please cleanse hair by washing or using dry shampoo/conditioner

HAIR COLOR OPTIONS

The colors below are colors that are consistently in stock, please allow at least one week notice for colors other than these:
1b, 2, 4, 6, 8, 27, 30, 33..........

Ombre hair ONLY comes in waistlength and at least 1 week notice is needed for those colors

LATE POLICY/CANCELLATIONS

If running late please remember to call 407-590-2012 to inform stylist

Please reschedule if you have any of the symptoms below:

Symptoms of a respiratory illness (cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, and/ or shortness of breath.

If you have been in contact with someone that has/ is showing symptoms of COVID-19

In the chance that you arrive at the appointment and show signs of being visibly sick, your appointment is subjected to the less than 24 hour cancellation policy.

Late fees are as followed:
15-30 minutes late = $15 additional late fee
30-45 minutes = $25 additional late fee (if time permits to do the style)
*Styles that are canceled or rescheduled due to tardiness are subject to a 25% of style fee*

No show appointments and appointments canceled less than 24 hours before appointment are subject to a 25% cost of service fee

FAQ-Knotless and Traditional Braids

How long does the style typically last? - The longevity of the style depends on the size braids you receive, smaller braids can last 8-12 weeks with care, while large braids last 4-8 weeks with care
How long does my hair need to be for Knotless Braids?- In order to receive Small Knotless Braids your hair must be at least 4"
How long is midback braids?- A little past bra strap on an average 5'5" person, can be shorter or longer depending on your height
When is a good time to get a touch-up?- After about 4-6 weeks depending on how the style is holding up

How long should my hair be for passion twists?- At least 4"
Is this style good vacation hair?- We would not recommend passion twists to get wet
Is the hair included?- No
